Why Ice Lounge Wellness?
We're a South Florida family-owned mobile recovery experience built by people who actually live in the fitness and wellness world.
Meet the Team
Phil and Jessica Williamson have spent years building businesses around fitness, wellness, and community. It all started in 2019 with their first family-owned HOTWORX studio in Pembroke Pines, followed by locations in Coral Springs & Davie, FL. As their fitness businesses grew, so did their family, and their passion for helping people feel their best.
In 2024, that passion led to Ice Lounge Wellness. Phil and Jessica created a mobile wellness experience, transforming a trailer into a traveling recovery lounge featuring a COLDTUBS IcePod.
Today, Ice Lounge Wellness brings cold plunge and recovery experiences directly to South Florida businesses, events, teams, and homes, all while staying true to what started it all: family, wellness, and community.
